Hetzner.comAll traffic is served over HTTPS, enforced across the entire platform with HSTS and secure cookies. Sensitive data is also encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM — document text, chat content, and connected-account tokens — while uploaded files are protected with per-file envelope encryption whose keys never sit in the database in plaintext.
Payments are handled by Mollie, a licensed European payment provider. Card details are entered on Mollie's PCI-DSS-compliant hosted checkout and never reach AirHive's servers — we store only Mollie customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers or security codes. Payment updates are verified directly against Mollie's API.
No model training
AirHive processes documents only to deliver the features you request. Your data is never used to train AI models, by AirHive or by the providers we work with.

AirHive uses Mistral AI in France for document classification, naming, tagging, summaries, and entity extraction. Only required data is processed, and personally identifiable information (PII) is anonymized before model calls where applicable. All processing is limited to your request, and results remain within your workspace.

AirHive sits as a layer between your files and AI systems. Nothing is exposed without your intent. AI assistants only see what you explicitly share. Access is permission-based and can be revoked at any time.

Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account returns to the Free plan. Your files stay where they are.
