Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated 13 September 2026 · Canonical URL: https://airhive.ai/legal/cookies
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Airhive GmbH, Eckernwoort 16, 22607 Hamburg, Germany ("Airhive", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, software development kits and comparable technologies (together, "Technologies") when you visit airhive.ai, use dash.airhive.ai or access related Airhive pages and applications.
This Policy is to be read together with the Airhive Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data obtained through these Technologies. The legal framework is § 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and, for any subsequent processing of personal data, the GDPR.
2. What Technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Local storage and session storage allow information to be stored within your browser. Other Technologies may enable equivalent functions, including session management, authentication, fraud prevention, preference storage, performance monitoring and integration with third-party services.
3. Technologies we use
Airhive uses the following Technologies. Any storage of or access to information on your device beyond this list takes place only after you have given consent in the cookie settings.
3.1 Strictly necessary (no consent required, § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ah_session | Airhive (first party) | Maintains your authenticated session on dash.airhive.ai. | Session; at most 30 days when "stay signed in" is selected. |
| ah_csrf | Airhive (first party) | Protects forms and API calls against cross-site request forgery. | Session. |
| ah_consent | Airhive (first party) | Stores your cookie-consent choices so that we do not ask again and do not set non-essential Technologies you have declined. | 12 months. |
| ah_locale | Airhive (first party) | Stores the interface language you have expressly selected in the settings. | 12 months. |
| ah_ws (local storage) | Airhive (first party) | Remembers the last opened Workspace and interface state (open panels, column widths) so that the application you requested functions as expected between page loads. | Until cleared. |
| Mollie checkout cookies | Mollie B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands | Enable the payment page, transaction processing and fraud checks during checkout. Set only on the checkout pages; Mollie's own cookie notice applies. | Determined by Mollie; typically session to 12 months. |
| Rate-limit and abuse-prevention identifiers | Airhive (first party) | Detect abusive automation and protect the Service and Accounts. | At most 24 hours. |
3.2 Technologies requiring consent
Airhive currently uses no analytics, advertising, heatmap, session-recording or other tracking Technologies on airhive.ai or dash.airhive.ai. If we introduce any such Technology in future, it will be listed here with its name, provider, purpose and duration before it is activated, and it will be set only after you have given consent in the cookie settings. Declining will be as easy as accepting.
4. Third-party Technologies
Third-party providers set or access Technologies only where they provide payment (Mollie B.V.) or, in future, other services listed in Section 3. Those providers process information under their own privacy and cookie notices where they act independently. Airhive limits third-party Technologies to those required for the relevant feature and applies contractual safeguards where the provider acts on Airhive's behalf.
5. Consent and your choices
Where consent is required, Airhive will not activate the relevant non-essential Technologies until you have made a choice. You may withdraw or change consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of airhive.ai and in the settings of dash.airhive.ai. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You can also block or delete Technologies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary Technologies may prevent you from signing in, maintaining a secure session, completing a payment or using parts of the Service.
6. Retention
Airhive retains information obtained through Technologies only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Session Technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent Technologies expire after the period shown in Section 3, or earlier when you delete them through your browser.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Airhive does not use tracking Technologies, so there is currently nothing for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Should Airhive introduce consent-based Technologies, a Global Privacy Control signal will be treated as a refusal of consent.
8. Changes to this Policy
Airhive may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the Service, Technologies, providers or applicable law. Material changes, in particular the introduction of a new consent-based Technology, will be communicated through the website, application and consent interface before they take effect. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of this Policy.
